Refund policy
At Silkiderma, we take pride in the quality and efficacy of our skincare formulations. Due to the high-performance and hygienic nature of our products, our return policy is designed to protect the health of our customers and the integrity of our brand.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Hygiene & Condition Requirements
To ensure safety and hygiene, we enforce a strict policy on returned goods. To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

The original vacuum seal or tamper-evident sticker must be perfectly intact.

The product must be in its original packaging.
Important: Any product that has been opened, tested, or had its seal broken is considered used and is ineligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@silkiderma.com.

Include your order number and high-resolution photos of the damage.

Silkiderma will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of damaged goods and will issue a replacement or full refund immediately upon verification.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Email Us: Contact our concierge team at support@silkiderma.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Ship: Package the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Returns: Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Rejected Returns: If a product is returned with a broken seal or signs of use, the refund will be denied. We can ship the product back to you at your expense, or it will be destroyed for safety reasons.
7. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. Once the order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled via our return process.
